Shipping policy

We ship using USPS. Orders under 16oz. will ship 1st class mail uninsured. Orders of 1lbs.+  will ship priority mail usually flat rate packaging standard insurance. 

Choosing Standard shipping will ensure you order is processed and shipped out in 3 business maybe sooner depending on order volume. 

Choosing Expedited shipping will ensure your package is shipped out the next business day. 

Packages confirmed lost by USPS or packages that show no tracking for 30 days will receive a refund or a new package if available. 

Packages damaged by USPS will require photos for claims purposes. Sometimes they will want to see the package physically in person at the post office. 

The pandemic has put USPS under a lot of stress and we have seen an unusually high number of delays for packages, even priority mail packages, Keep this in mind when ordering time sensitive packages. I cannot guarantee mail delivery within the expected delivery window. 

I am not responsible for packages once they are accepted by the post office. Stolen packages by porch pirates will require a police report to receive a refund or replacement. 

 Large or wholesale orders that require packaging larger than a USPS Large flat rate box will ship using UPS and will be fully insured with no signature. Requiring a signature or other detailed delivery instructions may need additional charges as determined by the shipping carrier.
